The Sumrall Elementary Tutoring Program (ACES)

        The Sumrall Elementary Tutoring program (ACES) serves approximately 135 students in grades K-5.  Our students are placed into our tutoring program after careful data analysis of standardized test scores, screening assessments, and classroom performance.  A team that consists of classroom teachers, lead teacher, interventionist, and tutors work together to identify evidence based supplementary interventions for those students who may not be responding positively to core classroom instruction.  These students are evaluated at regular intervals to determine if the prescribed interventions are meeting their needs.  Adjustments are made as necessary.
